The Associations for Local Authorities in Sweden, South Africa, Namibia and Botswana are all representing the level closest to the citizens - the municipalities/councils. By partnering with sister organisations the vision is to strengthen the knowledge and capacity within each association and thereby assist the members in improving its service to the citizens.
